If you’re unable to send OFWpay payments, it may be related to your subscription payment limits or your linked bank account status. Here’s what to check:
1. Your subscription package
Your ability to send OFWpay payments depends on your current subscription:
- Choose Your Own Subscription
- Includes ability to receive OFWPay payments only.
- Essentials Subscription
- Includes 12 OFWpay payments per subscription year
- Once you’ve reached the 12-payment limit, you won’t be able to send additional OFWpay payments unless you upgrade.
- Premium and Max Subscription
- Includes unlimited OFWpay payments per year
2. Unlimited Payments Add-on
If you’ve purchased an Unlimited Payments add-on, you can send:
- Unlimited OFWpay payments per year
This add-on removes the annual payment limit, even if you are on a lower subscription tier.
3. Account has become unlinked
. You may need to re-link your bank account. To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your account online via a web browser: www.ourfamilywizard.com
- Click on Expenses
- Click on OFWPay
- You'll then go through the process of linking your bank account via Plaid. We suggest linking your account via your bank’s login credentials.
What to do next
- If you’re on the Essentials plan, check how many OFWpay payments you’ve already sent this year. You can find this information under OFWPay in your account.
- Consider upgrading to Premium if you need to send more payments.
