How do I sign up for OFWPay? (US-only)

Please note: This feature is available only in the United States.


Follow these steps to link your checking or savings account to OFWpay. Please note, OFW Pay is a feature that is only available in the United States at this time.

1. In the main navigation menu, click Expenses.
2. Click on OFWpay™ in the left-hand navigation. 
3. Click on Get Started.
4. Follow the steps in the OFWpay Account Setup screens to link your preferred banking or checking account. 
   1. Verify Your Identity: To link your bank account, we need to verify your identity. All information that is entered is encrypted and secured and never sold or shared. Make sure the information you enter matches both your ID and your OFW profile.
   2. Connect Your Bank: Enter the details for your preferred bank account.
   3. Send & Receive: Follow the prompts to verify microdeposits and link your account.
5. Once both you and your co-parent have active OFWpay accounts, you will see OFWpay as an option when sending payments through the Expense Log. 

Note: You can only link valid U.S. checking or savings accounts to OFWpay.
