Our Family Wizard offers Fee Waivers to help parents who qualify due to financial hardship access our co-parenting platform. Here's a step-by-step guide to applying for the fee waiver programme if you live in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
If you do not have an OurFamilyWizard account already and are located in a country outside of the United States, submit your fee waiver application online. Start your application here.
Step 1: Enter Your Personal Information
You'll need to provide:
Your name (first and last)
Email address
Phone number (with country code)
Complete address (street, city, state, postal code)
Time zone
Step 2: Add Co-Parent and Children Information
Co-parent details: Name, email, and phone number
Children information: First name, last name, and email (if applicable) for each child
Step 3: Choose Your Eligibility Reason
Select the option that best describes your situation:
Option 1: Public Assistance. Accepted programs vary by location, but typically include housing assistance, income support, universal credit, or other government assistance.

Documentation needed: Program documents verifying receipt of benefits for 1+ days within the past 90 days.
Option 2: Court-Ordered Indigence or Waiver of Court Fees
"I have approval of help with court fees"
Documentation needed: Proof from the court dated within the past 12 months.
Option 3: Pro Bono Legal Services or Legal Aid
"I am instructing a solicitor/barrister on a pro bono basis or receiving legal aid"
Documentation needed: Signed letter from the professional on their letterhead dated within the past 12 months.
Step 4: Upload Supporting Documentation
Accepted file types: PNG, JPG, JPEG, HEIC, or PDF
File limit: One file per application
