How do I apply for the OurFamilyWizard Fee Waiver?

We want every parent who could benefit from using the OurFamilyWizard® toolset to be able to use our services. But we understand that some may not have the financial means to purchase an annual subscription, which is why we have offered fee waivers since our inception.

Applying is easy. If you qualify for a fee waiver, you’ll get full access to everything in our Essentials plan—plus unlimited calling minutes. And if you submit a court order stating that your calls need to be recorded or transcribed, we’ll include those features too, at no cost. What is the Fee Waiver subscription?

 

If you do not already have an OurFamilyWizard account and are a first-time subscriber

If you are a first-time subscriber to OurFamilyWizard, but your co-parent has already created a profile for you

The application process is slightly different. Contact our Customer Support Team for assistance. We will send you a unique fee waiver application link.

If you are an existing subscriber looking to renew your subscription using a fee waiver

Please follow the steps here to renew your subscription.

In most cases, in order to qualify you will need to be working with legal aid or have an attorney doing pro bono or reduced-rate legal work for you, receive certain forms of government assistance, demonstrate that you have a court fee waiver, or demonstrate that you are working with a qualified professional who supports victims of domestic violence or intimate partner violence.
