How do I renew the fee waiver?

Renewing a Subscription via Fee Waiver

If you received a fee waiver in a prior year and believe you may qualify for another this year, you must re-submit a new application with supporting documentation that demonstrates that you currently meet our qualifications. You can apply for a fee waiver renewal if your current subscription is expired, or if your current subscription is 30 days from expiration. 

Renew the Fee Waiver Through Your Website Account

  1. Log into your account via the OurFamilyWizard website: www.ourfamilywizard.com
  2. Click your Initials in the top right corner, then click "My Account."
  3. Click "Billing"
  4. If you are within 30 days from expiration, or if your subscription is already expired, you will find a link to reapply within your account. If you are unable to locate a link, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

  5. Click "Reapply here" and then follow the on-screen prompts to submit your online application.
     

Applications will be reviewed within 1-7 business days and you will receive an email notification confirming approval or denial.
