Renewing a Subscription via Fee Waiver
If you received a fee waiver in a prior year and believe you may qualify for another this year, you must re-submit a new application with supporting documentation that demonstrates that you currently meet our qualifications. You can apply for a fee waiver renewal if your current subscription is expired, or if your current subscription is 30 days from expiration.
Renew the Fee Waiver Through Your Website Account
- Log into your account via the OurFamilyWizard website: www.ourfamilywizard.com
- Click your Initials in the top right corner, then click "My Account."
- Click "Billing"
- If you are within 30 days from expiration, or if your subscription is already expired, you will find a link to reapply within your account. If you are unable to locate a link, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
- Click "Reapply here" and then follow the on-screen prompts to submit your online application.
Applications will be reviewed within 1-7 business days and you will receive an email notification confirming approval or denial.
