If you cannot place an outgoing call to your co-parent, likely one of the following is happening:

You have the Choose Your Own plan.

You have not consented to audio and/or video calls.
- You and your co-parent must consent before connecting through audio or video calls. Adjust your settings using the steps in this article: Can I choose to use only audio or video calls?
