How are calls placed if they don’t use cell service?

OurFamilyWizard Calls use VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), a calling technology that uses an Internet connection rather than cell service. To make and receive Calls through OurFamilyWizard, you will need to have an Internet connection. Calls will ring on your mobile device even if you do not have the OurFamilyWizard app open.
