Can I choose to use only audio or video calls?

Yes. You and your co-parent will need to consent to each type of call separately before you can begin using the Calls feature. You can consent to one type of Call and not the other. Your choices will be reported in your Call Log, which either co-parent can access as documentation. You can change your consent at any time by logging into the app or website and navigating to Calls > Connections.

Managing Calls consent

  1. Navigate to Calls
  2. Click Connections to view or manage consent for audio and video calling
  3. Toggle the button on or off to enable or disable your consent for audio calls and video calls. You can view your co-parent's settings on the same screen.
