How do I renew or upgrade my subscription?

Renewing your OurFamilyWizard subscription will keep your account consistently active and prevent any lapse in service. You can schedule your subscription to auto-renew once your current subscription expires, or you can always purchase a one-time renewal via the website or mobile app.

OurFamilyWizard subscriptions can be purchased via the website, Google Play, and the Apple App Store. The steps for renewing or upgrading your subscription will differ depending on where you purchased your subscription from.

 

Managing renewals and upgrades if you purchased your subscription on the OurFamilyWizard website

Auto-renewing your subscription is a convenient way to prevent service lapses and access to your OurFamilyWizard account. Follow these steps to set up auto-renew on the website, or to manually renew or upgrade your subscription.

  1. Log into the OurFamilyWizard website: www.ourfamilywizard.com 
  2. In the upper right navigation menu, click My Account.
  3. Within the Billing page, click the toggle next to the Auto Renew option to turn it on.

  4. If you have not yet saved payment information on file, click Enter Payment Information to enter that information and complete the auto-renewal set-up.
  5. Once you have payment information on file, toggle auto renewal on/off.
  6. Click Change next to Subscription Renewal Date to manually renew your subscription for the next term before the current term expires.
  7. Click Upgrade next to your Current Plan to upgrade your subscription and plan immediately. 

Manually renewing a subscription on the website

After your current subscription has expired, you can renew your subscription with a one-time payment. You can also renew your co-parent's subscription with a one-time payment. You can follow these steps to renew a subscription online.

  1. Log into the OurFamilyWizard website.
  2. In the upper right navigation menu, click My Account.
  3. In your Subscription Information section, click the Renew Now/Purchase button. You'll find this button next to your Subscription Renewal Date.
    • Please note: If you wish to renew only your co-parent's subscription, click the button next to their expiration date. If their subscription has already expired, you will see this option.
  4. If you have not yet saved payment information on file, click Change next to Payment to enter that information.
  5. Once you have payment information on file, click Place Your Order. The subscription will then be renewed. 

Upgrading a subscription on the website

If you wish to upgrade your subscription to add additional features during your current subscription term, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the OurFamilyWizard website.
  2. In the upper right navigation menu, click My Account.
  3. Click the Upgrade link next to the Current plan.
  4. Select the new package or add-ons. 
  5. Use the existing one or add a new payment method.
  6. Place your order.

Managing renewals and upgrades if you purchased your subscription in the App Store

OurFamilyWizard does not process cancellations or refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. You'll need to request a cancellation or refund directly through Apple. 

To cancel your subscription to prevent Apple from renewing it automatically next year, please follow these steps:

  1. From your device's home screen, open the iOS Settings app
  2. Tap on your name at the top of the screen
  3. Tap on Subscriptions
  4. Tap the the listing for your OurFamilyWizard subscription
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

OurFamilyWizard does not process cancellations or refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store. You'll need to request a cancellation or refund directly through Google.

To cancel your subscription to prevent Google Play from renewing it automatically next year, please follow these steps:

  1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Tap Cancel subscription.
  4. Follow the instructions.
