How do I update my account and contact information?

You can update your contact information, such as Name, Email, and Phone Number via the OurFamilyWizard mobile app. You can update all of your personal information, such as Name, Emails, Phone Numbers, Address, and Timezone, on the OurFamilyWizard website.

How to update your personal account and contact information on the website

1. Log into your account on the website: www.ourfamilywizard.com
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click on your initials.
3. Click My Account.
4. On the left side of the page, click My Profile. Here, you can update your personal information like your email address, mailing address, time zone, and phone number.
5. Click Edit in any of the areas you'd like to make updates.

6. Click Save to save your changes.

    

How to update your personal account and contact information on the Mobile App

1. Log into the OurFamilyWizard mobile app to modify your details securely.
2. Click the "More" button in the bottom right corner of the app.
3. Go to the "Settings" section where your personal details are managed.
4. Choose "My Profile" to view and edit your personal information.
5. Tap the edit button to enable changes to your contact information fields, such as: First Name, Last Name, Primary Email, Primary phone

Please note: To make changes to information such as address and mobile phone, please log into the OurFamilyWizard website.

Please note: To update your time zone, select 'Edit' next to 'Contact Information.' You will then be able to update your time zone.
