How do I link to my family law professional?

In OurFamilyWizard, parents can grant family law and mental health practitioners 'Professional Access' to their OurFamilyWizard accounts. Professional Access allows practitioners to review family activity on OurFamilyWizard. Learn more here.

To link with your practitioner, you must sign into your account through the OurFamilyWizard website. You cannot add or remove a professional through the OurFamilyWizard mobile app.

Step 1: First, your professional must have an OurFamilyWizard professional account. If they do not already have a professional account, they can create one for free by going here.

Step 2: If your professional has created an OurFamilyWizard professional account, follow these steps to add them:

  1. Log into your account through the website: www.ourfamilywizard.com
  2. In the main navigation menu, click your initials
  3. Click My Account.
  4. Select User Management from the menu on the left.
  5. In the box titled Professional Accounts, click the button for Add Pro.
  6. Enter the requested information for the professional that you would like to connect with. The name and email address of your professional are required. OurFamilyWizard will search for your professional's account.
  7. Click Send Request to invite your professional to link to your account.

An email will be sent to your practitioner requesting that they link to your account. Once your practitioner approves this request, they will be able to oversee your account. You will be notified when your professional accepts your request via an OurFamilyWizard system notification.
