We are frequently asked by parents if their co-parent has signed up yet. You can determine this a few different ways.
When your co-parent begins using OurFamilyWizard, the last viewed information will start reflecting their activity. You can view this information in the lower left-hand margin of each page. It will show the last time they logged in and looked at each page. On the mobile app, select the menu icon (the three lines) and then select Last Viewed in the bottom left corner of the app.
- You can view your co-parent's subscription information along with your own in the My Account section. This information will confirm if they have activated their subscription. In the mobile app, select the more icon (the three dots), then tap Subscription, then review information under "Co-parent's current plan."
Viewing Your Co-Parent's Subscription Status on the website
- Log into your OurFamilyWizard account via the website: www.ourfamilywizard.com
- In the main navigation menu, click your initials, then click My Account.
- In the Overview or Billing sections, both your and your co-parent's subscription expiration dates will be displayed. Note the following, 'Co-parent's Subscription Renewal Date.' This will tell you the status and if they have an active subscription, have not yet purchased a subscription, or are expired.
- If your co-parent's renewal date is:
- In the future, your co-parent's subscription to OurFamilyWizard is active.
- In the past, your co-parent's subscription to OurFamilyWizard expired on that date.
- Never activated, your co-parent has not yet purchased a subscription for their account.
Viewing Your Co-Parent's Subscription Status on the mobile app
- Log into the OurFamilyWizard app.
- Tap the more icon (the three dots) in the bottom right corner
- Tap Subscription
- In the Subscription section, both your and your co-parent's subscription expiration dates will be displayed. Note the following, 'Co-parent's current plan' This will tell you the status and if they have an active subscription, have not yet purchased a subscription, or are expired.
- If your co-parent's current plan expires:
- In the future, your co-parent's subscription to OurFamilyWizard is active.
- In the past, your co-parent's subscription to OurFamilyWizard expired on that date.
- Never activated: If you see 'Never activated' for your co-parent's subscription expiration date, your co-parent has not yet purchased a subscription for their account.
