How do I find an event created, edited, or deleted by my co-parent?

If you're ever alerted to a new event created by your co-parent—either through email, text, or push notification—you can quickly and easily locate that event by using the System Messages folder in your OurFamilyWizard Message Board.

Finding an Event Created by Your Co-Parent

  1. Navigate to the Messages.
  2. Select Notifications from the list of folders on the left of your screen.
    • On the mobile app: Tap the menu icon (three lines) then tap Notifications
  3. Scroll through the Notifications folder to see your most recently received System Messages.
    • If your co-parent created a new event, you will see a message titled "Event Created" along with the date of creation. Click on this title to open the message. The message will contain details about the new event that was created.
    • If your co-parent deleted an event, you will see a message titled "Event Deleted." Click on this title to open the message.
    • If your co-parent edited an event, you will see a message titled "Event Edited." Click on this title to open the message.
  4. To go to the event on the calendar and see the complete entry, click on the "Click to view" link located at the end of the message.
  5. In the Event Details, you will be able to see the date, time, and place of the event as well as any other pertinent information that your co-parent included when creating the event.
