If you'd like to use the search box to find a message, you must first navigate to Messages.
- The search bar is located at the top of the folders.
- The most efficient way to find a message by topic is to type a keyword into the search box. Press the enter key on your keyboard to initiate the search. The results of the search will be displayed as a list of messages.
- Use the filter option to search for messages by:
- Sender
- Recipients
- Dates
- Folders
- Has attachments
- Unread messages only
