OurFamilyWizard subscriptions can be purchased via the website, Google Play, and the Apple App Store. The steps for requesting a refund will differ depending on where you purchased your subscription from.
If you purchased your subscription from the website and are within 30 days of your initial purchase
If you purchased your subscription from the OurFamilyWizard website and are within the 30-day refund window for initial subscription purchases, you may be eligible for a full refund.
