If you are beyond the 30-day refund window and no longer wish to use your OurFamilyWizard account, check your account to ensure it is not set up for automatic renewal. You may also wish to turn off your account notifications or delete the OurFamilyWizard app from your mobile device.
OurFamilyWizard subscriptions can be purchased via the website, Google Play, and the Apple App Store. The steps for cancelling your subscription will differ depending on where you purchased your subscription from.
Turning off automatic renewal if you purchased your subscription on the website
- Log into the OurFamilyWizard website: www.ourfamilywizard.com
- In the upper right navigation menu, click My Account.
- Within the Billing page, click the toggle next to the Auto Renew option to turn it off.

OurFamilyWizard does not process cancellations or refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. You'll need to request a cancellation or refund directly through Apple.
