Practitioners can help their clients save money on their OurFamilyWizard parent subscriptions through the purchase of bulk subscription packages. Packages are available in various volumes and can be purchased through your practitioner account.
Practitioners can purchase client subscriptions in bulk and at a reduced rate. They can then share the codes with clients.
In this tutorial, you'll learn how to add bulk subscriptions to your account.
Purchasing bulk subscriptions
Navigate to My Cases and click Subscription Codes in the left-hand menu.
Click the View subscription code purchase options.
- Select which package option you would like. Click Select this option.
- Input your payment information and click Complete Payment.
- Once purchased, you will find a list of parent account promo codes in the Subscription Codes section of My Account.
Checking available promo codes
- Navigate to My Cases and click Subscription Codes in the left-hand menu.
- Promo codes that have been used will have a date listed in the "Used Date" column. Unused codes will simply show Available.
Share the available code with your client.
Transaction histories
If you need a copy of your receipt from a past purchase, follow these steps:
- Navigate to My Account and click Billing.
- Under Payment History, there will be a list of past transactions for your account.
- Click on the Transaction # to download a copy of your receipt for that purchase.
