How do I update my professional account username and password?

Access your professional account's security settings through My Account.

  1. Log into your account online: www.ourfamilywizard.com 
  2. Click My Account under your initials in the top right corner
  3. Click Login & Security on the left side of the page.
  4. You can edit the following fields:
    • Username
    • Password
    • Security Code
    • Security Question / Answer

Updating Security Settings

  1. Navigate to My Account and click Login & Security from the left-hand menu. 
  2. Click Edit next to Username, Password, or Security Settings.
  3. Provide new values for the settings you wish to update.
  4. Click Save in the upper left-hand corner. You will use your new settings the next time you log into OurFamilyWizard.

Requirements

Security code: The security code for your account is a 4-digit number that you choose. Your 4-digit security code should not be a number that could be easily guessed by another person. The security code is different than the optional quick-access PIN on the OurFamilyWizard mobile app.

Security question: Create a question to which only you would know the answer.

Security answer: Provide an answer to your security question. Security answers must be at least 5 characters long.
