Manage your basic account settings through My Account. You can access My Account through the main navigation menu. Under My Profile, you can update your Name, Contact Information (such as your address, phone number, and email) Language preference, and Timezone.
- Log into your account online: www.ourfamilywizard.com
- Click My Account under your initials in the top right corner
- Click My Profile under your initials in the top right corner.
- You can edit the following fields:
- Name
- Referral Information
- Language
- Primary Email
- Alternate Email
- Primary Phone
- Mobile Phone
- Firm or Practice
- Timezone
