The Clio and OurFamilyWizard integration lets family law professionals send OurFamilyWizard reports directly into their Clio workspace—no more downloading from one system and re-uploading into another.
🇺🇸 Please note: This feature is currently available only for Professionals located in the United States. Access for International practitioners is expected early in 2026.
With the Clio + OurFamilyWizard integration, professionals can:
Connect their Clio and OurFamilyWizard Professional accounts
Generate Messages or Calls reports for clients
Send those reports directly into their Clio workspace
Optionally download the same report locally
Before you begin, make sure you are connected to your client's account. Learn more: How do I link to an existing client account?
Steps for integrating OurFamilyWizard to Clio
You’ll connect your two accounts the first time you use the Clio option in a Messages or Calls report request.
Log into your Professional Account: www.ourfamilywizard.com. Don't have a professional account? Click here to get started.

Click My Cases and then log into your client's account via Client View mode.
Open Messages or Calls.
Click the Report button to generate a report.
Under Case Management Integrations select your geographical location and then click Connect to Clio
If you haven’t connected Clio yet, you’ll be prompted to Sign in to Clio (or confirm your Clio account). You also be asked to authorize OurFamilyWizard to integrate with your Clio workspace. Once authenticated, your accounts are linked and you can start sending reports.
Sending OurFamilyWizard Reports to Clio
After your Clio and OurFamilyWizard accounts are connected, enter Client View mode for individual clients on OurFamilyWizard. Navigate to their reports and then send generated reports directly to Clio.
Log into your Professional Account: www.ourfamilywizard.com

Click My Cases and then log into your client's account via Client View mode.
Open Messages or Calls.
Click the Report button to generate a report.
Apply any existing report filters as you normally would (dates, etc.). These filters determine what content appears in the final report.
Use the Client dropdown in the modal to select the correct Clio client. This selection is required once per client. After you choose a contact, it will persist for future sessions.
Optionally choose a matter from the Matters dropdown
Optionally, customize the filename of the report before sending.
Click Send Report to Clio.
What happens next:
OurFamilyWizard generates the report using your selected filters.
The report is sent directly into your Clio workspace, under the contact/matter you selected.
You can still download the report locally if you wish.
