If you've already registered, and your co-parent has not joined after several days, we may be able to send a new invite email. Please get in touch with our Customer Support Team so that we can help. Depending on how you signed up, though, you may be able to send an invitation to your co-parent directly.
If you signed up but did not enter your co-parent's email address...
Log into your account via the website or app. On the dashboard, you will see an option to add your co-parent's email address. Once added, we'll automatically send them an invite to join you.
If you signed up, entered your co-parent's email, but they haven't joined yet...
Log into your account via the website or app. On the dashboard, you will see an option to copy your co-parent's unique join link. You can copy the link and then send it to your co-parent through a method that works best for you: email, text, DM.
If you log in and don't see either of those options...
Contact our Customer Support team for help. When you reach out, please provide your co-parent's name and email address so that we can send them another invitation to join.
