You can purchase a subscription for your coparent in the following ways.
Purchasing a Subscription for your Coparent During Sign Up
If you are creating the accounts for you and your coparent, you can purchase a subscription for both accounts when you sign up. Follow the steps below:
- Visit https://www.ourfamilywizard.com/
- Click "Sign Up"
- Follow the prompts to create your parent account
- Follow the prompts to create a profile for your coparent.
- Select the subscription you want to purchase for your account.
- On the Payment Details screen, select the box next to "Pay for my co-parent's subscription"
Purchasing a Subscription for your Coparent After Sign Up
If you have already signed up and activated your subscription on OurFamilyWizard® but your co-parent has not, you have the option to purchase a subscription to activate their account. You can easily make this purchase within your account via the website.
- Log into the OurFamilyWizard website: https://www.ourfamilywizard.com/
- In the main navigation menu, click My Account.
- Click Billing.
- In the Subscription Information box, review the information under "Co-parent's Subscription Renewal Date." It will say "Not signed up" if your co-parent has not activated their subscription yet, and you will see a button that you can click to purchase their subscription.
- In the payment window, select the subscription length or package you wish to purchase for your co-parent.
- Follow the steps to complete payment for their subscription. Once purchased, we'll notify your co-parent that you have activated their subscription.
Note: You are only able to purchase your co-parent's subscription if their account does not have an active subscription. If their account has not yet expired, you will not see the option to renew your co-parent's subscription.
Purchasing a Subscription for your Coparent if you purchased in Google Play
If you purchased your subscription via the Google Play store and you want to purchase your coparent's subscription, you will need to contact OurFamilyWizard's Customer Support team for assistance over the phone.
Purchasing a Subscription for your Coparent if you purchased in the Apple App Store
If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App store and you want to purchase your coparent's subscription, you will need to contact OurFamilyWizard's Customer Support team for assistance over the phone.
