How do I update my billing information?

OurFamilyWizard subscriptions can be purchased via the website, Google Play, and the Apple App Store. The steps for updating your billing information will differ depending on where you purchased your subscription from.

 

If you purchased your subscription on the OurFamilyWizard website

To update the billing information used for your website subscription and purchases, please log onto the OurFamilyWizard website and navigate to Billing within the My Account section. 

  1. Log in at www.ourfamilywizard.com
  2. Click your initials in the top right corner to access the main navigation menu
  3. Click My Account
  4. Click Billing
  5. You can make the following changes:
    1. Renew an expired subscription
    2. Upgrade a current subscription
    3. Disable or Enable automatic renewal
    4. Change or remove your payment method
    5. Change your Billing address
    6. Access your past Invoices and billing history

On the OurFamilyWizard mobile app, you can check your current plan, your subscription expiration/renewal date, and your coparent's current plan expiration/renewal date by following these steps:

  1. Log into the mobile app
  2. Tap the more button (the three dots)
  3. Tap Subscription

To update the billing information used for your App Store subscription and purchases, you will need to visit the Apple App store. You can upgrade your subscription there as well.

To update the billing information used for your Google Play Store subscription and purchases, you will need to visit the Google Play store. You can upgrade your subscription there as well.
