If the other parent provided your email address when they signed up, OurFamilyWizard will have sent a welcome email to the email address provided. Search info@ourfamilywizard.com in your email inbox to locate the welcome email. Once you find it, click the blue "Sign Up" button to get started.
If you haven't received your welcome email, or if you can't locate it in your email Inbox, please contact our Customer Support Team for help. When you reach out, please provide the following information.
- Your name
- Your coparent's name
- Your coparent's email address or phone number (if you know it)
- The email address that you'd like your welcome information sent/resent to
We'll get a new welcome email sent out to you so that you can log in from a browser and finish activating your account.
