How do I use Report Center?

Report Center lets OurFamilyWizard Professional users generate client reports from their own account. Choose a client, choose the report you need, set your options, and generate it, all without entering Client View Mode first.

Report Center brings Messages, Calls, Journal, and Expenses reports into one place. You can switch between clients from the same page, so preparing reports for a hearing, mediation, or case review takes fewer steps.

Please note! You can still generate reports from Client View Mode. For those steps, please visit: Reporting

Step 1: Open Report Center

Log into your Professional Account: www.ourfamilywizard.com. Then click Report Center in the main navigation menu.

Step 2: Choose a client

Click the Generating reports for box at the top of the page. Start typing a client's name or case name to search, or pick from the list. Each client is listed with their family name, so you can find the right case. To switch clients later, choose a different name from the same box.

Step 4: Add details and generate

Choose the From and To dates and the options for your report:

  • Messages: choose a folder, dates, sort order, and whether to include attachments. Choose Individual messages or Group by conversation. You can also include the official OurFamilyWizard header and start each message on a new page.
  • Calls: choose dates and sort order, and whether to include the official header, Call Consent History, and Call Status definitions. Recordings and transcripts can be included when they're part of your client's plan.
  • Journal: choose dates and sort order, and whether to include the header, attachments, and location images, and to start each entry on a new page.
  • Expenses: choose dates and sort order, and whether to include the header, receipts, and private expenses.

Private messages between you and your client are left out unless you check Include private messages with your Professional. When the options look right, click Generate Report. Click Back to choose a different report.
