How do I print/download a Calendar report?

You can download or print a copy of your OurFamilyWizard Calendar from the OurFamilyWizard website. Please note: You cannot print a Calendar report on the mobile app. 

1. Log into the website version of OurFamilyWizard: www.ourfamilywizard.com 
2. In the main navigation menu, click Calendar.
3. Click Download PDF.
4. Select the date range that you wish to print by entering dates in the From and To fields. Click Apply.
5. Select a View.
   1. Agenda: Includes Full event title, Start / End Date & Time, Event for parent, Drop Off / Pick Up Parent, Children, Transitions
   2. Month: Includes Parenting Schedule, Start Date & Time, Event for parent, Children Transitions
   3. Year: Includes Parenting Schedule
6. Click Download PDF

A PDF file will be downloaded to your computer. This file contains a printer-friendly version of the calendar that you may choose to print or save. 

How to Download a Schedule Change Request Report

1. Log into the website version of OurFamilyWizard: www.ourfamilywizard.com 
2. In the main navigation menu, click Calendar.
3. Click Schedule Change Request Report.
4. Select the date range that you wish to print by entering dates in the From and To fields. Click Apply.
5. Click Download report

A PDF file will be downloaded to your computer. This file contains a printer-friendly version of the schedule change request history that you may choose to print or save. 

How to Download a report of Event edits, changes, and deletions

1. Log into the website version of OurFamilyWizard: www.ourfamilywizard.com 
2. In the main navigation menu, click Messages.
3. Click Notifications.
4. Click the Report button
5. Select individual Messages, or All in Folder, or select a date range that you wish to print by clicking the options in the drop down menu under Messages.
6. Click Download

A PDF file will be downloaded to your computer. This file contains a printer-friendly version of the OFW System Notifications that you may choose to print or save.
