We get a lot of requests to produce documentation of records on the site. We are more than happy to provide you with records of shared data, however, due to our privacy policy, you will not receive the other parent's private information in a report.
There are two methods for getting records of your OurFamilyWizard data and communications:
- You can log into your account and download/print records for free. Follow the instructions here to access, download, and print reports: How do I access the reports in OurFamilyWizard? You can then keep these reports or provide them to your legal professionals.
- Depending on your subscription plan, you can purchase or obtain a business record affidavit and the above associated reports from OurFamilyWizard. These are the same reports you would access by logging in and downloading them yourself, however OurFamilyWizard would produce them for you and notarize an affidavit for use in court or legal proceedings. These records can be provided to you electronically or they can be printed and mailed (additional fees may apply).

The OurFamilyWizard® website complies with all subpoena requests to produce records issued pursuant to a court order and that comply with the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure or other applicable procedural or substantive rules. The OurFamilyWizard® website will follow Minnesota law unless otherwise required by law applicable to the litigation. We reserve the right to evaluate each individual case to determine our legal obligations and the appropriate response.
