The InfoBank report in OurFamilyWizard allows you to view and download a record of InfoBank activity added by co-parents. This report can be useful for personal records, documentation, or court-related needs.
Follow the steps below to download an InfoBank Report. Please note: Reports can not be downloaded on the OurFamilyWizard mobile app.
Accessing the InfoBank Report
Log in to your OurFamilyWizard account using a web browser.
Click InfoBank in the main navigation bar.
Click the Print button to begin generating your report.
Adjust the filters to customize your report.
Include Private Entries
Include Edit History
Select Sections to Include
Select Family Members
Select Creators
When you're ready, click the Create button. Then, click the Print button. A PDF report will be downloaded to your computer and/or device's Downloads folder.
