How do I print/download a Call Activity report?

The Call Activity Report in OurFamilyWizard allows you to view and download a record of call activity between co-parents. This report can be useful for personal records, documentation, or court-related needs. Follow the steps below to download a Call Activity Report. Please note: Reports can not be downloaded on the OurFamilyWizard mobile app.

Accessing the Call Activity Report

1. Log in to your OurFamilyWizard account using a web browser.

2. Click Calls in the main navigation bar.

3. Click Activity Log from the left side menu.

4. Click the Report button to begin generating your report.

5. Adjust the filters to customize your report.

   1.  All Call Activity or Select a Date Range

   2. Call report order

   3. Include Recordings: If included, a folder of available recordings will shared with you via an OFW System Message in your Notifications folder.

   4. Include Transcripts: If included, a folder of available transcripts will shared with you via an OFW System Message in your Notifications folder.

   5. Include Call Consent History

   6. Include Official OurFamilyWizard header

   7. Include Call Status definitions
      
      

6. Click Download to generate your report.

   1. If you included Recordings and Transcripts, the report will be sent to your Messages > Notifications folder once complete.

   2. If you did not include Recordings and Transcripts, the report will download to your device. Save the PDF file to your computer or device.
