How can I print/download an Expense report?

The OurFamilyWizard Expenses feature makes it easy for you to create custom reports of your shared parenting expenses and payments. Learn how with the steps below. Please note, reports can not be downloaded from the OurFamilyWizard mobile app.

Expense Reports

  1. Log into the website.
  2. In the main navigation menu, click Expenses.
  3. Select Reporting on the left side of the screen.
  4. Select the type of report you'd like to run. There are four types of reports available:
    • Transactional: Pulls all actions related to a specific expense together regardless of the time between actions
    • Chronological: List the actions taken on the Expense Log by the month
    • Statistical: Gives you a high-level view of your shared expenses
    • Payments: Provides details from payments made using the OFWpay system or outside of OurFamilyWizard
  5. After selecting your report type, complete any of the given fields below to specify the details with which you'd like to filter your report, such as date range, who expenses are for, etc.
  6. Click Create Report to generate your report.
  7. Click Print in the top-right corner of the screen to download a PDF version of your report.

Alternatively, you can also produce a report by selecting individual expenses. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the website
  2. In the main navigation menu, click Expenses.
  3. In the Expense Log, select the expenses you would like to generate a report of by clicking the box next to the expense. A blue check mark will display when selected.
  4. Once selected, click the Report button.
  5. Click Print to download a PDF version of your report to your device.

Please note: Expense Report attachments are not downloaded with the report at this time. Any attachment files must be downloaded separately, one-by-one. Click on the attachment file name to download it to your computer or device. The file name for each attachment is listed on the report.
