If you ever wish to download the complete record of all messages sent and received by your account, please do the following by logging into the OurFamilyWizard website. At the moment, a Message report cannot be produced within the mobile app.
Select the folder from which you wish to download from.
Click on the message within the Message Preview Bar to view the message.
Click the Report icon at the top of the message window. It looks like a downward arrow with a line underneath it.
In the Download Messages window, you will see the following options to customize your report.
Include or Exclude attachments
Include OurFamilyWizard header
Include message replies
Include private messages with your professional. By default, private messages between just you and your Professional are excluded from reports.
Click Download,then follow the prompts from your Internet browser. The PDF file will move to a "Downloads" folder. You can then choose to save your message report or print it.
Select the folder from which you wish to download from.
Use the checkboxes to the left of each message in the Message Preview Bar to select the ones you'd like to include in your report. Your report must include at least one message, but you can select as many as you'd like. If you intend to print every message in the folder you are viewing, you may continue on to the next set of directions below, "Downloading All Messages in a Folder."

If you are downloading just a few messages, they will download immediately.
If you are downloading a very large number of messages, you will be presented with two options: 1) Wait on this page for the download to complete or 2) continue working within your account. If you choose to continue working, you will find the download available later within a new message in your Notifications folder titled "Report Generated."
Select the All Messages folder. This will include all Messages sent and received within your account.
Click the Report icon at the top of the message window. It looks like a downward arrow with a line underneath it.
To download All Messages since account creation, select All In Folder.
To download All Message within a date range, select Within Date Range and specify From and To dates.
Optionally, adjust the following filters to customize your report:
Sort Messages by oldest to newest, or newest to oldest
Exclude or Include Message attachments in a digital folder
Include official OurFamilyWizard header
Include message replies. Please note, if the All Messages folder has already been selected, including replies may be redundant.
Include private messages with your Professional. Please note, by default, private messages between just you and your Professional are excluded from reports

Click Download,then follow the prompts from your Internet browser. The PDF file will move to a "Downloads" folder. You can then choose to save your message report or print it.
If you are downloading just a few messages, they will download immediately.
If you are downloading a very large number of messages, you will be presented with two options: 1) Wait on this page for the download to complete or 2) Continue working within your account. If you choose to continue working, you will find the download available later within a new message in your Notifications folder titled "Report Generated."
